Please help us to maintain the Parish Register by completing this “Parish Census and Register Form”. The Priest must keep a record of all Baptisms, Marriages and Funerals, as well as noting children’s progress through the Sacraments of Holy Communion and Confirmation.

The form also gives the opportunity to identify any special interests you have and any skills that might be of use in the Parish.

Your information is strictly confidential and is available only to the Parish Priest– although it may be shared with your permission.

We must comply with all relevant legislation, particularly the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), and a form is attached here for you to record or withhold relevant permissions. You can also indicate the method you would prefer us to use for any permitted communication.

If you have not already done so, we ask you to keep us up-to-date by completing the form below. We do not have the facility for you to complete the form “on-line” but you can “Highlight” all or part of the text or form you want; “Copy” it; and then “Paste” it into a document of your own.

Alternatively, paper copies of the form are available at the back of the church.

Parish Renewal – Keeping in Touch

It is obviously important that the Parish Register contains accurate information. Correct names and addresses are the first essential, and details of family members will help ensure we send only relevant information to each home. Our Parish Census Form, which was issued as part of the new Parish Handbook, was designed with this sort of use in mind.

We would like all parishioners to complete this form so that we can ensure our Parish Register is comprehensive and accurate

The Parish – and indeed the Diocese – respect your personal privacy, and most parishioners will understand it is now a legal requirement to only gather, keep and use personal information that is relevant to our functions and/or activities. We must also have your personal permission to contact you about relevant matters, whether by post, email or telephone.

We will never share or release your Personal Data, other than as agreed by you.

You can unsubscribe from communications, or withdraw or change consents, at any time.
