Pledge Form

The “Alive in Faith” programme has now been launched in St Benet’s parish and an Information Pack has been produced for all parishioners.

In addition, the pages in the information pack are available on the parish web site. They will “drop down” from the “Alive in Faith” tab on the top menu – or you can click on each one from this list.  They are:

• the Bishop’s Letter;
• Priestly Formation;
• Fr Martin’s Letter;
• the Pledge Form.

If you are able to make a financial contribution, you can copy and paste the “Pledge Form”, shown below, for completion and despatch to the “Alive in Faith” office at the White House address – as shown on the form –  or, if you prefer, you can hand it directly to Fr. Martin for onward transmission.

To produce your own copy of the Pledge Form, simply:

• “right click” on the image;
• (- if necessary, first select the option to “open image in a new tab”)
• “copy image”;
• “open a new blank document”;
• “paste” the copied form into this document;
• “save” it and then “print” a copy off.
